Late arrivals may be admitted where possible, but entry cannot be guaranteed once the show has started.

Young Tourists
Phantom Peak is designed for everyone - but we understand that every parent has their own content preferences. Suitability is at their discretion. We usually say that if your kids are comfortable watching The Simpsons, they’ll be fine here.
-
Every group containing under-18s must include a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
-
Tourists under 15 must remain with their responsible adult throughout their visit.
-
Young people aged 15–17 may explore independently, provided their responsible adult remains inside Phantom Peak.
-
Organised youth groups require at least one responsible adult for every six young people.
Respect The Town
Phantom Peak is brought to life by our performers and shared with hundreds of fellow tourists.
-
Treat residents, performers and fellow tourists with kindness and respect.
-
Do not climb on scenery, remove props, damage buildings or disrupt another tourist’s experience.
-
Anyone arriving intoxicated may be refused admission.
-
Help us preserve the magic for everyone by following instructions & following these guidelines.
Leave The Props Behind
-
Residents may entrust you with letters, artefacts and mysterious objects. Please return items when you’re asked to or place them in the Prop Return Box when leaving.
-
Do not remove props, signs, decorations or any other items from the town. That would be stealing!
-
Anyone deliberately removing Phantom Peak property may be asked to leave without a refund and may not be permitted to return.
