If you have booked tickets directly through Universe or via the Phantom Peak website, we offer a flexible exchange policy up to 7 days before your timeslot. To do this, please login to your Universe account and manage your booking.

If you have purchased a ticket via a third-party, please contact your point of purchase about changing the date of your ticket.

No, you do not need to print your ticket.

When you book, you will receive a unique QR code via email. This will usually come from our ticketing system: Universe.

Yes, you are able to book tickets onsite at Phantom Peak. However, these are strictly limited availability and we cannot guarantee entry. We recommend you book tickets in advance, as some timeslots sell out well in advance.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free using your Universe account up to 7 days before your timeslot.

However, please note that once tickets are transferred, the original ticket holder will no longer have access to the experience.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase here. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any available date and time of the Phantom Peak experience and make for a unique and exciting gift for your friends and loved ones.

Yes, group bookings are available for Phantom Peak.

For groups of 4-9, you can save £8+ on your order when you book online and purchase a group ticket.

For groups of 10+, please contact our customer service team for more information on group rates and availability. We can accommodate groups of various sizes and can customise your experience to meet your specific needs.

We charge a handling fee of 5% on all tickets purchased through our website.

Although we could include fees as part of our ticket price, we want to be open about why this fee exists. Our booking fee covers just under half of the total cost to process each ticket. As a business, we have decided to absorb the other half of this cost rather than passing this to you, the customer.

Your booking fee goes towards the following:

  • Credit Card & other charges related to payment

  • Systems to improve your booking experience

  • Ticket processing fee covering the infrastructure to power our event listing, delivery of your ticket, and validation of ticket upon entry.
