Is there food and drink available?

Phantom Peak is an open-world immersive experience. Step into a real life video game and explore the entire town at your own pace. Your adventure, your way. Time moves on and there are at least ten new stories to discover every 3-4 months.

You'll go on a series of trails, where you'll be tasked with helping the townsfolk. You'll use our Jonassist Web App to explore the town, which can be accessed on your mobile phone. You'll need to find clues on noticeboards, watch videos, interact with technology and speak to characters to progress. There are at least ten trails per season, and most people complete 1-2 per visit.

Throughout your visit, there are opportunities for great Food & Drink including speciality cocktails and sweet treats. You can also have a shot at games across town including Platyhooks by the lake or the carnival games inside.

Phantom Peak is found on Surrey Quays Road, London, SE16 7PJ. Our nearest tube is Canada Water, and there's a bus stop right outside. Please note that we do not have any parking onsite.

Plan Your Visit

Everybody is welcome at Phantom Peak! Tourists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Your ticket gives you access to Phantom Peak for the full experience, which lasts up to four hours.

Upon entry, you will only be able to explore the Old Town until the opening ceremony. This is usually 20 minutes after the first entry. Around 30 minutes before the end of the experience, tourists will need to return to Old Town for the Closing Ceremony.

While you are able to leave at any time, re-entry is not permitted. We recommend staying for the entire Phantom Peak experience.

We recommend wearing comfortable, sensible shoes & clothing as the experience requires walking around a large town indoors & outdoors. Most of the town is covered in case of rain, but surfaces may be slippery.

Please note that real or fake weapons are strictly prohibited. These are not allowed in the venue and you may be denied entry.

Yes - Phantom Peak uses lighting effects throughout, from point of entry,  which is an integral part of the experience. These lighting effects include flashing lights, haze and loud noises.

Phantom Peak does not use strobe lighting, however there are recurring flashing lights, especially during the Opening and Closing ceremony.

You are free to take photos and videos of your experience using a mobile phone or small camera. We cannot permit professional recording equipment unless previously authorised prior to your visit.

There are some chairs, benches, and other places for tourists to sit down while at Phantom Peak. These are located across the town, inside and outside. 

The experience is best experienced when you move around the town. You will need to interact with technology, the set, and our live actors throughout to really get the most out of Phantom Peak. In many instances, there won't be an option to sit down during these interactions.

You may find yourself queuing when you first arrive, which is the only moment where there won't be a seat.

Yes, there are toilets available on site for all guests to use including baby changing facilities and accessible toilets. Please note that all of our toilets are gender neutral.

Phantom Peak is best experienced through 'trails'. They are mini stories, or quests, to complete throughout town. Each season, there are at least 10 trails to complete and each one takes about an hour.

A trail is a series of steps, including interacting with technology, our set, and live actors.

You will find yourself speaking to people while at Phantom Peak - however, there's nothing to be worried about, our townsfolk will adjust to you. The more you give to Phantom Peak, the more it gives back.

Unfortunately not. Phantom Peak can only grant access to registered or validated Service dogs. We advise you contact us in advance to discuss your visit.

First entry is up to 30 minutes before your scheduled timeslot, with a bar & merchandise available and some seating in a covered area. Latecomers are usually admitted but you will not get the full experience - please arrive on time and together. You may find yourself queuing for a short time while we conduct health and safety briefings, allow you to sign your waiver, and scan your tickets.

If you arrive late, please speak to a member of the team.

Phantom Peak takes place across a large venue both inside and out. While the outside area is partially covered to protect guests from the elements, please consider dressing appropriately for the weather.

Yes, we do offer partnership and media opportunities for Phantom Peak. If you are interested in partnering with us, please send an email to our team at contact@phantompeak.com.

We have some free-to-use lockers available on site but these do not have a lock built in. We cannot guarantee these will be available as they are first come first serve. These lockers can only fit small bags, coats or other wearable items. The lockers do not have a padlock as standard. You are welcome to bring your own padlock, or you can purchase one at the Tourist Information Centre.

We do not have a buggy park or cloakroom at Phantom Peak.

Please do not bring large buggies, suitcases or other luggage to Phantom Peak. You will be denied entry due to security concerns and disruptiveness to other guests.

Ultimately, this is a decision you must make for yourself. There are flashing lights and some sudden loud noises. On busy days, there may be large crowds with little seating available.

We believe that the experience is suitable for pregnant guests. You explore Phantom Peak at your own pace but it does involve walking across a large venue to various parts of the town indoors & outdoors. There is a dark maze upstairs which requires crawling in the dark and tight spaces, however this is not essential to the experience.

Infants are welcome at Phantom Peak. Please choose a free infant ticket when booking your tickets. Children aged 3 and under visit for free with these tickets. Everybody under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Please note that there is no buggy park at Phantom Peak, and limited locker space. We do have baby changing facilities available.
