How do payments work for The Guild?

The Guild is a membership scheme exclusively available on Patreon. You can now join the ranks of the privileged few to gain access to exclusive discounts, ticket drops, digital content, and more. At its core, this is a way for regular visitors to save money on tickets to Phantom Peak. 

The Phantom Peak Guild includes our new Digital Expedition: The Phantom Files. This is a chance to explore the world of Phantom Peak & beyond from the comfort of your own home.

Guild Initiate is our free tier. It is similar to our mailing list but for Patreon. You'll receive limited early access to some of our content, and receive notifications from us on this platform. You can also upgrade at any time to other tiers.

Guild Nights
Guild Nights are our monthly community meetups, where you can meet the team, talk about Phantom Peak, or simply take part in our 'organised fun'. These generally take place on the last Friday of each month and require RSVPing (subject to availability).

Early Access
We offer a variety of content as early access to those who sign up to The Guild on Patreon. These include Littlefield's Lost Post, announcements and Behind The Scenes.

The Phantom Files
As a Guild Member, you will have access to The Phantom Files - a new digital expedition, an online game that will see you explore the world beyond the town of Phantom Peak. Somewhere between a classic Phantom Peak trail and an online ARG, with monthly chapters which each take around 1-2hrs to complete from the comfort of your own home.

The Phantom Ridge Gazette
A 4-page newspaper covering the latest from across The Ridge. This is a newspaper for all towns, not just Phantom Peak. Expect written content, special features, and two Puzzle Pages a month to sink your teeth into.

JONACO Digital Archive
The Original Phantom Peak in Canada Water was open for well over 3 years, with 15 unique seasons and thousands of unique pieces of content. Every month, we’ll be uploading a collection of content to a new JONACO Digital Archive. Missed a poster that one time? We’ve got it. Want to relive your favourite Jonavision channel from 2 years ago? Yup, you’ll be able to do that too.

Guild Chronicler is currently our top tier (£50 per month) and offers 2x free tickets to Phantom Peak per month on top of everything else.

Patreon charges Sales Tax based on where you live. This will be reflected at checkout. We have priced our tiers to be £9.95 for Members and £50.00 for Chroniclers, inclusive of VAT in the United Kingdom.

If you encounter any issues with your membership, you must contact Patreon in the first instance. You can also DM us on Patreon for specific help.

As of 1st March 2026, we are in The Great In-Between. This means that we are still building our new venue in Westfield, Stratford with tickets going on sale soon. By signing up as a Chronicler, you will acrue 2x tickets per month. We are currently tracking this with some internal systems and, when we're ready, we will share a ticket pack with all tickets owed to you in advance of our new venue going on sale.

Please note: tickets issued are for the use of the Guild Chronicler member only. They cannot be transferred or used by somebody else. If you abuse this, we will ask you to downgrade your tier.

The Phantom Files is a new Digital Expedition from the team at Phantom Peak. It’s somewhere between a trail and an ARG. But this time we won’t be guiding you via the JonAssist. It’s up to you how to proceed. Each chapter of The Phantom Files takes between 1-2hrs - and you can play from the comfort of your own home - which means everything is digital. No reality required. All you need is a desktop computer or laptop - this will not work on a tablet or mobile phone!

Chapters will be released every month and on completion, you will be able to claim a physical collectible expedition card.

Unfortunately not. Tickets issued as part of the Guild Chronicler membership are for the exclusive use of the Guild Chronicler member only. These are non-transferable and cannot be used by guests, partners, or family members who may visit at the same time. To maintain the integrity of the Guild tiers, any misuse of member tickets may result in a required tier downgrade or membership review.

While this is possible, we would ask that you abide by our fair use policy. We can only offer The Guild Chronicler tier because we trust our community, and so we ask that people take on a minimum of 4x months in any 12-month period. We can't enforce this through Patreon, but we may be in touch on a case-by-case if this continues. Our tickets usually sit around £40 - £65 - the Chronicler gives a great deal for recurring visitors. In extreme circumstances, we may ask you to downgrade your tier.

Apple charges developers a fee to take payments through the app store. These additional costs are passed on to you if you purchase membership through the App Store. We recommend you purchase your membership on a browser to avoid this additional cost.
