What is JONACO Training?

JONACO Training is a unique team-building group experience where all the teams compete together. Join us at Phantom Peak and put your team’s Judgement, Originality, Negotiation, Agility and Sensuality to the test as they compete to prove they have what it takes to join the JONACO. Your team will be split into groups of 4–8 and sent on five hilarious and challenging trails, taking on everything from solving murders and navigating mazes to carnival challenges and styling a skeleton. After two hours of mayhem, the Mayor will host the awards ceremony, where the winning teams are crowned as the newest JONACO champions and take home prizes. Team building like no other! This is designed for groups of 91-150 guests.

JIA: Operation Slow Clap is a corporate group experience that is held midweek for groups of 10-90 guests.

It’s an immersive spy adventure set in the world of Phantom Peak. For one day, your team becomes field agent interns for the JIA (JONACO Internal Affairs), working together to crack codes, master gadgets, and solve a mystery as you explore the town, guided every step of the way by an in-character handler. For anyone who's visited Phantom Peak before, it's a chance to experience the town in a completely different way.

Both JONACO training and JIA: Operation Slow Clap last for approximately 2hr 30mins, plus an additional 1hr 30mins if you have a food or drinks package. The full Phantom Peak experience lasts for up to 4hrs.

If you have booked with our enquiries team then yes! From New York Pizza platters to brunch meetings, Food and Drink packages are available to pre-book and a bar tab can be set up. You can also top up your bar tab on the day of your event.

Yes, we can usually cater for allergies & preferences. Just speak with your event manager and share your group’s details and we'll make it happen.

Our venue in Westfield Stratford City can host up to 450 attendees.

Yes! You can secure the venue for an exclusive takeover of the full Phantom Peak experience for your group. This will be a private event for just your guests, with the full open-world adventure with live actors.

Availability depends on our schedule of timeslots for the Phantom Peak experience. However, usually you can hire the venue Monday through to Friday daytime.
