Do I need to print my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. You can, however, take advantage of Ticket Refund Protection via our partner Secure My Booking. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

Unfortunately, we do not allow tickets to be exchanged or altered after booking.

Tickets on the door are subject to availability and therefore we cannot guarantee entry if you do not book in advance. We recommend you book tickets in advance as this will guarantee the best price and because some timeslots sell out well in advance.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the exchange or transferring of your tickets.

Phantom Peak will return on 4th December 2026 and Gift Vouchers will be available soon for our new home at Westfield Stratford City.

Until they are available, you can find out more about our new venue and sign up to the waitlist for ticket releases.

Yes, group bookings are available for Phantom Peak.

Yes, each transaction will be charged a 5% Booking Fee on the total order value which goes towards the following:

• Credit Card & other charges related to payment

• Systems to improve your booking experience

• Ticket processing fee covering the infrastructure to power our event listing, delivery of your ticket, and validation of ticket upon entry.

Tickets to Phantom Peak cost between £39.90 and £65.10 for an adult or £29.40-£53.55 for those under 18. We also offer Young Adult tickets for those aged 18-25 which cost £34.65-£59.85 Prices depend on the popularity of dates and anticipated demand - a date further in the future will usually be cheaper!

Phantom Peak uses dynamic pricing across all ticket types as this allows our returning customers, Guild members & mailing list subscribers to access the best price ahead of time. Prices depend on the popularity of a specific timeslot, and rise on a sliding scale. Prices may change at any time, but once added to your basket you have secured that price.

Please note that we do add a 5% booking fee to all orders which allows us to keep the core price of tickets lower.

We offer the best pricing in advance, and so we recommend booking ahead or during presale events to get the best price. You can also sign up to our mailing list for access early bird pricing and some discounts*

The Puzzle Hunt Experience is a 30-minute add-on available to book during most Phantom Peak timeslots. For £7.88 (£7.50 plus 5% booking fee), you can take part in a difficult puzzle hunt that takes place across the entire town of Phantom Peak. The Puzzle Hunt is unique for each season of Phantom Peak and designed specifically by talented Escape Room Designers. Expect tough challenges, and a strict time limit to complete your experience. The experience is priced per person.

The VIP Tourist Experience is new add on for Phantom Peak Stratford. It is an exclusive 30-minute pre-show experience that sees you take the train to the town of Phantom Peak. You'll be met by a live actor who will introduce you to the world of Phantom Peak. Expect a competitive game, an interactive experience, and most importantly, a relaxed entry to the experience all within specially designed train carriages.

As well as the core experience, you will be able to enjoy:

• Complimentary locker per booking
• Glass of Champagne per visitor
• Collectible trail card
• VIP Card that unlocks additional interactions around town
• Folding map of Phantom Peak to find your way

This is an add on, and must be added at point of purchase to your basket. It is £20 and priced per person

The Key to The Future is a physical collectible that will unlock additional content during the opening season of Phantom Peak Stratford, known as The Great Redoing. It is collection only.

You will receive the Key to The Future if you were eligible in 2024/25, or if you purchase a Great Redoing Celebration Pack as an add on - priced per person.
