Guild Membership

The Guild is a membership scheme where you can now join the ranks of the privileged few to gain access to exclusive discounts, ticket drops, digital content, and more. At its core, this is a way for regular visitors to save money on tickets to Phantom Peak. 

If you join, our annual membership is £399 for a year + a one-time £5 setup fee. Based on the tickets alone, this is a saving of just over 60%.

A great question! We believe that Guild Membership is great value. Each month you will receive:

• 2x free visits to Phantom Peak each month
• Exclusive Guild Membership Pin Badge when you join

Please note that new dates & other benefits may not be available every single month.

As an annual subscriber, during 'The Great Inbetween', you'll continue to accrue your two monthly visits, which can be used once we open the new venue. In addition, you'll also receive:

• Your name on the ‘Guild Plaque’ at the new venue - a place to forever boast of your dedication to Phantom Peak
• Access to a hard hat tour of the new venue, while it is still being built.
• Guaranteed access to the first performances in the new venue
• An invite to our Gala Night, which includes a free visit to town alongside press and celebrities.

Upon joining The Guild, you will receive an email with your unique discount codes. These will allow you to book your 2x tickets to Phantom Peak.

Also in this email will be your 'proof of membership'. Simply show this when you pay for your drinks to redeem your 15% off.

Other benefits will be made available in your content feed, within your membership account.

The monthly membership will be automatically cancelled by 28 February, so to keep Guild status, we recommend you upgrade to the annual membership. If you have purchased the Annual membership, you cannot cancel part-way through your membership.

After the Canada Water venue closes on 28 February, we'll move into a period we're calling 'The Great Inbetween'. This is the time from when we close until we open our new venue. During 'The Great Inbetween', Guild Members will continue to accrue their two monthly visits that can be used once the new venue opens. They will also be able to take advantage of exclusive offerings, like hard hat tours and guaranteed access to the first performance in the new venue, which will only be available to Guild Members who hold membership during this time.
