TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Auction is subject to specific Terms and Conditions listed below.

All items in this auction are former production assets and props used within the Phantom Peak experience. As such:
Wear and Tear: Items may feature significant scratches, dents, paint chipping, or structural modifications made for show purposes.
Functionality: Items are sold as decorative collectibles. We do not guarantee that electronic or mechanical props are in working order for home use.
Inspection: We have made every effort to photograph specific damage. By bidding, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a "used and aged" production item. We strongly encourage you to inspect the item when you collect it.

Collection Only (Canada Water)
No Shipping: We do not offer shipping or packing services for this auction.
Location: Items must be collected from Phantom Peak, 1 Surrey Quays Road, Canada Water, London SE16 7PJ
Deadline: All items must be collected on Friday 13th March 2026 or Saturday 14th March 2026.
Failure to Collect: Items not collected by the deadline will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
Proof of Collection: When you collect your item, we will ask you to sign a receipt to confirm collection.

Payments & Bidding
By placing a bid, you are entering into a contract to purchase the item at that price if you are the winning bidder.
Payment must be made in full via Shopify checkout within 24 hours of the auction close.

Phantom Peak reserves the right to adjust these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Please ensure you save a copy at point of purchase.
