How do I claim my membership benefits?

Upon joining The Guild, you will receive an email with your unique discount codes. These will allow you to book your 2x tickets to Phantom Peak.

Also in this email will be your 'proof of membership'. Simply show this when you pay for your drinks to redeem your 15% off.

Other benefits will be made available in your content feed, within your membership account.

Please note that your discount & free entry is for Guild members only. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more information. You may be required to show valid ID upon redeeming these.

The Guild is a membership scheme where you can now join the ranks of the privileged few to gain access to exclusive discounts, ticket drops, digital content, and more. At its core, this is a way for regular visitors to save money on tickets to Phantom Peak. 

We currently offer two options: Monthly or Annual. Please note that each option includes a one-time £5 setup fee.

If you sign up to monthly payment option, you will pay £50 per month + a one-time £5 setup fee. Based on the tickets alone, this is a saving of around 45%.

If you join our annual option, it is £399 for a year + the same one-time £5 setup fee. Based on the tickets along, this is a saving of just over 60%.

A great question! We believe that Guild Membership is great value. Each month you will receive:

  • 2x free visits to Phantom Peak each month
  • 15% off drinks at Phantom Peak
  • Exclusive Guild Membership Pin Badge when you join
  • Access to exclusive shows and events, every season
  • Exclusive Q&As and behind-the-scenes livestreams, every season
  • Exclusive access to other membership benefits throughout the year

Our monthly membership has a 4 month initial commitment. Please note that new dates & other benefits may not be available every single month. The core offering is your tickets & drinks discount.

You can cancel your Guild Membership at any time, as long as you have completed your initial commitment period. If you have purchased the Annual membership, you cannot cancel part-way through your membership.
