These products will be redeemed after Make Your Mark closes on 18th March 2026.

Physical items will available for collection from Phantom Peak's Westfield Stratford site once open in Summer 2026. Physical items are strictly collection only from the Westfield Stratford site. For the avoidance of doubt, no physical items will be shipped.

Within 2 weeks of Make Your Mark closing on 18th March, we will be in touch for further information about your purchase. For 'naming' items, this is where you can submit the name.

Purchasing products today does not mean you will receive the items immediately. All products will be made available after Make Your Mark closes.

Purchase is final. Unfortunately, refunds and exchanges can only take place if Phantom Peak makes, in their opinion, significant changes to the products offered due to unforeseen circumstances.

If it is deemed that your purchased product changes significantly, Phantom Peak will ensure an adequate exchange for a valid product of a similar type. If this exchange is not accepted, you may be offered a refund in this instance only.
