Can I change the date of my tickets?
If you have booked tickets directly through Universe or via the Phantom Peak website, we offer a flexible exchange policy up to 7 days before your timeslot. To do this, please login to your Universe account and manage your booking. If you need to change your date after this time, you must contact us and may be charged a small admin fee.
If you have purchased a ticket via a third-party, please contact your point of purchase about changing the date of your ticket.
