Can I complete all of the trails at Phantom Peak?

Yes, you will still be able to complete all trails at Phantom Peak. 

The majority of trail content takes place on the ground floor. Via our web app ‘JonAssist’, you will be asked whether you can navigate tight spaces. If you answer no, you should not be asked to go upstairs. If you are, you can always ask at the Tourist Information Centre for more information. There are at least 10 trails available, and guests usually complete 1-2 per session. If you need help with a trail, or want to skip a step, you can click the question mark 'hint button' three times for the answer.

Some add on experiences are not accessible due to the nature of tasks required, such as climbing through a dark and small maze upstairs.

Yes! You are always welcome to visit in a wheelchair. We recommend that you visit on a quieter day to make navigating our venue easier.

However, this isn't always possible as they may sit on walls or elevated surfaces - this is due to the nature of the building and, unfortunately, cannot be changed. We recommend visiting with somebody to enable you to interact with all elements of Phantom Peak, or speak to somebody on the day for more help.

For the most part, we hope that Phantom Peak is a welcoming place for everybody. However, everybody is different. Phantom Peak involves in-person interactions, audio content, flashing lights, loud noises, and a lot of unexpected surprises. Your needs may differ from somebody else’s, and so we recommend that you contact us before you arrive.

Yes, assistance dogs are allowed to enter Phantom Peak. The experience can sometimes get very busy, especially in tight spaces. We would recommend that you consider booking off-peak performances for ease of access.

Phantom Peak is a 4hr experience with limited outside space, which is for use by all guests. 

If you are planning to visit with an assistance dog or have any questions, please contact us prior to your visit.

Yes - Phantom Peak uses lighting effects and loud noises throughout, from point of entry,  which is an integral part of the experience. These lighting effects include flashing lights, haze and loud noises.

Phantom Peak does not use strobe lighting, however there are recurring flashing lights, especially during the Opening and Closing ceremony.

Phantom Peak is an open-world experience, meaning you find yourself moving around the town a lot of the time. However, there are a few moments that you may find yourself in one place for a long period of time. There is limited seating around town and this cannot be reserved.

There may be a queue to enter the experience, as we have to conduct a health and safety briefing to ensure safety of our performers, staff, and visitors.

Our opening and closing ceremonies take place in the old town, and can be quite static. These usually last 10-15 minutes each, and bookend your experience.

Yes, we offer complimentary carer tickets for Phantom Peak. 

Some of our guests are entitled to one free carer companion ticket. You must provide proof that you are a carer to access this ticket.

Please note that the guest with the disability and any other members of your group must pay for a full price ticket.

Please note that carer tickets give you free access to the main experience only. Should disabled guests purchase any add-on experiences, carers will also need to purchase a ticket for these experiences.
