He needs no introduction. Not strictly part of the town, Jonas is the head of JONACO, the company that effectively runs Phantom Peak. Also known as 'The Sun Daddy'. Jonas is a great inventor, and impressed in his youth with the creation of the axiomatic clock. Watch your step, Jonas is always watching. Found... everywhere. It's Jonas.

Ex-Mayor of Phantom Deeps (before Jonas rebuilt the town). Currently a puppet living on the moon. Hear us out! He has a kid called Giffard and he was JIA's most wanted! But he evaded JONACO during the Lunar Festival manhunt of 2025. Up until recently, Furbish was thought to have died in the wonderful blimp crash of 2022. Found with Giffard in the JONACO Law Centre, but don't tell the JIA we know that!

Festive demi-god. Appears magically at Christmas time, just in time for the Wintermas festival. There's a similar guy you may be familiar with, he wears red? Yeh. Father Platmas is a bit more strict, and dressed in purple. Similar though. Found around town and in their Wintermas Grotto.

Ex-Mayor of Phantom Peak and a lover of democracy! Failed to find Dr Furbish during the Halloween manhunt and is not currently Mayor... They have lots of boyfriends and girlfriends, but you can’t meet them because they don’t live in this town. Found in the JONACO Site Office.

A definitively evil person. Before JONACO took over, they were the #2 scientist at Miramine. They were held back by their boss and ethical boundaries. JONACO has given the freedom they’ve always wanted. Found in Jonalabs.

Rules, regulations, status and keeping others in line. Perigate is a cut above the rest. Famous for their love of clowns and great relationship with their parents. Found in the Jonagraph Centre.

The only living true believer in the ancient religion of Phantom Deeps, The Church Of The Cosmic Platypus. We thought Pius perished in the blimp crash. However, they claim they survived because of their devotion, but we suspect it was a huge amount of Diamant fungus that saved them. Found in the Old Town church.

Emotionally weak and a simple post-person. In return for supporting the JONACO takeover, Jonas promised they’d be the most powerful and respected postal worker in Phantom Peak. Technically, that’s now the case, even if they are the lowest ranked member of town. Found in the Jonapost.

Wonderfully morbid and preferring ghosts and corpses to the living. There will always be bodies to bury, so who cares what happens around them? Although Halloway can sometimes be pushed to champion against injustice. Found in the Old Town Undertakers.

Super cool accountant with no secret agenda. Famously head of the [redacted] and known for their bravery in the war on [redacted]. Found at JONACO accounting on Canal Street.

Ah Rexford. Ex-Quarry Manager for Miramine, now a humble tour guide. Not to be confused with the superhero Platman. They're just best friends, they share clothes sometimes. They are definitely not Platman! Found at Phantom Tours in the Old Town.

Proprietor of the Thirsty Frontier Saloon, Copper always expects you to have an ‘alcohol’ in hand. Definitely not helping out the resistance… there is no resistance! JONACO is great. Found in the Thirsty Frontier Saloon

Used to run the Canal Bar, now they're a lawyer. Yeh, that makes sense. Maybe it's because they never really knew their dad.... Found in the JONACO Law Centre.

The official Health and Safety Officer of Phantom Peak, in charge of JONACO’s operations in Mining and Metaphysics. A safe pair of hands. They take their job very seriously. Currently away for Wintermas.

JONACO’s Marketing Guy, definitely not in charge of propaganda! Nervous energy is the name of the game as they try to fix the most recent problem in Phantom Peak. Temporary mayor - wowadoozle! Found in The Summerhouse.

Sparks brings that chaotic, teenage-spirit, kinda stupid energy everywhere they go. They get by, and they’re always finding themselves in a little bit of mischief. Found by the Carnival Games.

Your classic buster of ghosts but not in an IP-infringement kind of way. Ghosts, ghouls and paranormal activities - that’s what Spectre’s good at! Found in Spectre & Vox Paranormal Investigators.

Hogwood - a cultural powerhouse and perhaps the best filmmaker in Phantom Peak, according to some critics. Spent some time with the Axiomatic Clock. Dramatic. Found in the Picture House.

Datchery, of the famous Datchery family who founded Miramine! You know, the company that dominated in Phantom Deeps before JONACO came along? Yeh, woah! Talk of old money! Found in the New Town General Store.

The face of the Tourist Outreach Programme - Jaspin can be seen wandering around capturing the magic of Phantom Peak and sharing it with those over the ridge!

There are no puppets in Phantom Peak, but if there were, Sherlock Bones would be one of them. The famous dogtective is here, solving mysteries like its 1887. Found on Lovehart's hand.
